1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU). Unfortunately, we don’t offer delivery outside the EU at this time.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your parcel through our courier partner’s website.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment options including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods available at checkout.
5. Can I return a product?
Yes. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll send you a QR code to scan, which will start the return process. Make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
7. What if I entered the wrong address?
